It is with great sadness we announce the passing
of TRIBUTES MISTER on February 1, 2008
1999 APHA # 486253, AQHA # 46010283 CHESTNUT OVERO STALLION
2000 OPEN APHA RESERVE WORLD CHAMPION STALLION
Born January 8, 1999, Sired by “Tribute To Sierra” ~ APHA/AQHA ~ 3 World Titles & Multiple W.C. Sire. And by the great Dam “Causin Confusion” ~ APHA/AQHA ~ 5 World Titles & W.C. Producer. The Padilla’s purchased Mister from Bob & Joyce Cassada of Double C Acres, in the summer of 2000 when he was just a yearling. Having tremendously high hopes as he followed in the footsteps of his GREAT HERITAGE, believing that he offered one of the BEST, if not THE BEST pedigrees in the industry!!! He proved himself to be a very strong color sire, and consistently sired SIZE, quality, and temperament. Siring Superior Halter earners, Reserve Honor Roll earners, Top 5 & Top 10 at the World Show finalist, numerous circuit champions, and get earning over 700 official National APHA & Pinto points in Halter, Overo Color & Longe Line, Showmanship, and Performance. As well as get winning in excess of $95,000 in futurity winnings!! Enrolled in APHA’s Breeder’s Trust program since his 1st year standing at stud.
Mister was humanely euthanized February 1, 2008 after complications following from colic surgery in early December. He will never be forgotten, but sorely missed!
